Your Role:
As our Sales Account Manager, you play a crucial role in sustaining and growing our business. You'll be the primary contact for our clients, a trusted advisor who understands their needs, and the one who provides solutions that make a difference. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in building relationships and enjoys the challenge of meeting and exceeding client expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding and addressing their requirements.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support, ensuring customer retention and satisfaction.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, building strong relationships with each interaction.
- Accurately process orders, and confidently communicate product and pricing details.
- Collaborate with the team to develop tailored sales proposals.
- Promote our products and services, adding value to our existing customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Experience with CRM software, preferably Odoo.
- Understanding of sales principles and commitment to excellent customer service.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively present and negotiate.
- Professionalism and good organisational skills.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and time management.
