Your Role:

As our Sales Account Manager, you play a crucial role in sustaining and growing our business. You'll be the primary contact for our clients, a trusted advisor who understands their needs, and the one who provides solutions that make a difference. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in building relationships and enjoys the challenge of meeting and exceeding client expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding and addressing their requirements.
• Provide exceptional after-sales support, ensuring customer retention and satisfaction.
• Communicate clearly and effectively, building strong relationships with each interaction.
• Accurately process orders, and confidently communicate product and pricing details.
• Collaborate with the team to develop tailored sales proposals.
• Promote our products and services, adding value to our existing customer relationships.

Requirements:

• Experience with CRM software, preferably Odoo.
• Understanding of sales principles and commitment to excellent customer service.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to effectively present and negotiate.
• Professionalism and good organisational skills.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and time management.

Preferred Background:

• GCSE or equivalent is preferred, but we value your skills and experience more.
• A year's experience in B2B sales would be advantageous.
