Join a leading ERP and stock control software company as a Customer Account Manager assisting the generation of sales from existing accounts.
THE JOB:
- Taking ownership of the lifecycle of your assigned customer accounts.
- Understanding the challenges customer are facing along with their business goals and work with them to develop plans and priorities around how our products and services can support them.
- Demonstrating modules and functionality remotely and face to face with the help of a pre-sales engineer as required based on the customers pains and how the solution can alleviate these.
KEY SKILLS + EXPERIENCE:
- Previous senior sales and/or account management experience.
- Be able to build relationships with all business sizes and sectors.
- Be able to adapt sales language and technique based on what role that individual has within the company you are selling to.
- A drive for learning to thoroughly understand the software we develop, sell, support and maintain.
- Well-organised and able to prioritise
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a target-driven environment.
SALARY + BENEFITS:
- +pound;40,000 - +pound;50,000 basic salary, dependent on experience
- Commission taking earning to +pound;70,000 - +pound;80,000
