SalaryOur client, a Chesham based construction specialist, is seeking a Sales Account Manager to join the team and promote the company's range of products. As Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service.

The Offer:
- £40,000 base salary, depending on skills and experience, an OTE of £60,000 with uncapped commission
Working 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday and every Saturday 8am to 12pm (with a 1/2 day off in lieu)

Duties & Responsibilities of the Sales Account Manager:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to maximise revenue.
Collaborate with the sales team and management to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
Prepare and present sales reports to track progress and achievements to the Managing Team
Identify and prospect potential customers
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Close sales deals and improve our conversion rate
Grow sales in line with company targets
Develop a deep understanding of our garden room products and their features.
Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor products.
Provide customers with accurate and detailed information about our products.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a home improvement or construction industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated and goal oriented.
