Overview of role:
? Ensuring the Prospect/Customer needs and requirements are met within a timely and professional manner to ensure that it is projected at all times to be the optimum source of procurement.
? Ensure sufficient sales activity and future prospect development to achieve individual set financial targets.
? Management of existing customers, ensuring good communication and continued procurement of products.
? Organisation of a customer base, ensuring communications, contacts and quotations are centrally stored on the CRM platform.
? Developing and maintaining an accurate summary of all product related orders, enquirers and key account activities in the CRM, defining the market KPI’s and producing a monthly status report commenting on orders won and lost, and an update on priorities and forecast for the next reporting period.
? Working with and supporting the Head of Sales in order to develop, implement and coordinate strategic plans aimed at increasing growth in customers.
? Provide market feedback for their products and market/product development.
