Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls and inquiries effectively, providing excellent customer service. Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate new business opportunities. Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful integration of our services. Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers, providing ongoing support and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Responsible for growing client accounts with sales targets. Attending conferences to build more connections in our industry. Building Account Management Plans and responsible for hosting quarterly business reviews with clients. Working closely with our marketing team to build out campaigns for existing clients. Requirements: Must-Have: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a real estate agent, demonstrating a solid understanding of the sector. Willing to work on-site only. Desirable: Experience in Prop-Tech is advantageous but optional. Understanding of sales performance metrics Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite Salary Range: £25,000 - £30,000 Basic Salary + commission structure up to £25,000 OTE Benefits: Pension 28 days holiday Extras: Breakfast with like-minded individuals every two weeks.
