Job description:
About the Role
You will support National Account Management team and Account Director in day to day implementation of sales administration
Main Responsibilities
- Take ownership of key customer administration requirements (e.g. new line forms, promotion proposal forms)
- Credit control / management of invoicing - approvals, rejection and resolution.
- Weekly / Monthly Forecasting in Invest (planning, reviewing and inputting) through data analysis. Promotional planning through Invest
- Management and analysis of Epos data with proposed actions.
- Assisting National Account Management team with analysing & reporting weekly and monthly performance
- Liaise with cross functional contacts to ensure deadlines are adhered to.
- Attend client & site visits as and when required.
Who we are looking for
- Experience within business administration
- Experience of working in the FMCG sector advantageous.
