The Job you will be Doing
- Order entry using bespoke management software
- Tracking and managing courier deliveries to ensure orders are delivered on time
- Liaising with couriers via telephone and email
- Communicating with both customers and clients via telephone and email
- Completing and updating daily tasks from a shared online calendar
- General data entry
- Dealing with sales enquiries via telephone and email
- Serving customers on trade counter
About You
- Previous sales or admin experience in a sales office is desirable
- Have a good level of IT and keyboard skills
- Possess a good attention to detail
- Telephone enquiry experience is essential
- Have experience with parts matching using technical drawings of appliances
- Eager to learn and be part of a team
- Have GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths
