Reed Business Support are recruiting for a SALES ADMINISTRATOR on behalf of a brilliant client, based in Middlesbrough.

Responsibilities:
- Log all incoming enquiries
- Answering the telephone and directing calls
- Take telephone enquiries, identifying customer requirements
- Research cost of items and obtain quotes from suppliers and contractors
- Prepare and submit quotations
- Update and distribute daily outstanding enquiry bulletin
- Attend enquiry review and sales performance meetings
- Using agreed price lists type and send quotations for standard services
- Follow up sales quotations to obtain feedback and secure orders
- Liaising with operations & technical teams to hand over new orders and ensure client expectations are met
- Input, maintenance and analysis of data in company CRM
Skills Required:
- Previous sales / customer service experience essential
- Experience in valuations and gaining instructions essential
- High level of customer service skills
- Great telephone manner and positive attitude
- Exceptionally well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated
Full Driving License essential
