Your new roleAs the Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for: Providing excellent customer service to our clients and partners via phone, email and online platforms Processing orders, invoices, quotations and other documents using our internal systems Liaising with our warehouse, transport and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods Handling customer queries, complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner Maintaining accurate records and reports of customer interactions and transactions Supporting other administrative tasks as required
