Sales Administrator
Are you an experienced administrator in a fast-paced commercial environment?
Are you competent with CRM systems and Microsoft Office?

MacGregor Black are partnering with a Leading Packaging Brand on the search for a Sales Administrator. This is a perm role based in Durham.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with customers both via telephone and email
- Create new customer accounts
- Convert from quotation to order
- Monitor customer ordering performance
- Maintain good customer service
- Maintain customer records
- Complete daily interactions
- Chase customer opportunities
What are we looking for?
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Essential)
- Experience with Microsoft Teams (Essential)
- Experience with Sharepoint (Advantageous)
- Experience with Business Central (Advantageous)
- Previous experience in a similar type of role (Desirable)
Mon-Fri 08:00-16:30
Salary £25,000 + Bonus
