Time Appointments are currently working on behalf of a growing business based in Woodbridge who are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team. Our client is a friendly family business that values its employees and customers and is looking for an employee that will reciprocate the trust and loyalty offered.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Dealing with, and handling customer enquiries from in person, email, telephone and via the website, providing a first-class service at all times
- Effectively maintaining and updating the in-house enquiry system
- Liaising with customers regrading stock availability
- Completing and managing detail to finalise sales
- Processing payments and raising invoices
- Updating payment records and exports
- Updating stock availability and movements
- Arranging collections and deliveries with customers
- Processing and maintaining delivery notes
- Updating and providing daily sales reports
Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous sales administration / order processing experience
- Strong accuracy and a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and international skills
- IT proficient, including the use of Microsoft packages
- A strong and confident individual who can hit the ground running
- The ability to able to proactively deal with challenges and problem solve independently.
