Pay rate: £23k - £26k per hour
Contract: Temporary - Permanent
A specialist water treatment chemical, paint, solvent & waste company, based in Welland just outside Worcester are searching for a Sales Administrator to join their team on a temporary - permanent basis.
The day-to-day responsibilities of a Warehouse Operative will be:
o Taking customer order details by telephone and from email requests
o Sales order processing using Sage 50 Accounts
o Confirming the status of customer orders and deliveries, keeping customers updated regarding
any delays / changes to orders
o Liaising with the warehouse to resolve picking and despatch queries
o Processing and generating freight paperwork for despatch
o Compiling emails, quotations and letters etc.
o Answering the telephone
o Administrative support for Directors and Sales personnel as required
The requirements for a Production Operative will be:
o Hardworking/ Strong work ethic
o Reliable/Flexible
o Attention to detail
o Self-motivated
o Ability to work alone but also to work within a team
o Good communication skills
o Knowledge of Microsoft office, in particular excel spreadsheets
o Sage 50 experience
This role is available on a temporary - permanent basis with the potential for a permanent contract after the completion of a 13-week period for outstanding candidates.
