Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Administrator to join our team. The Sales Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of sales activities.
Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team by handling inquiries, processing orders, and preparing sales reports.
- Maintain and update customer databases.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor sales performance metrics.
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Skills:
- Proficient in English communication.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Basic IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience with Sage software is a plus.
- Prior experience in sales administration or customer service roles is preferred.

Pay: £26,792.57-£32,804.88 per year
