Supreme Recruitment are looking for a Sales Administrator to join one of our clients based in Coleshill.
This company is a major automotive component importer and distributor, and a licensee of the iconic Lucas brand. Established in 1993, we supply motor factors and retailers throughout the world from its locations in the UK and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
• Order Processing: Manage the end-to-end process of sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment.
• Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain customer and order information in the company ERP software (Kerridge K8)
• Communication: Collaborate effectively with the sales team, warehouse, and other internal departments to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain sales-related documents such as invoices and reports.
• Support Sales Team: Assist the sales team in administrative tasks, including preparing sales presentations and reports.
Requirements:
• Experience in a similar sales administration or customer service role is desirable.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• A positive and proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
