This is a very exciting opportunity to work for a well established family business that have been successfully trading for over 25 years and have gained a fantastic reputation on supplying quality products and have become a market leader. Due to expansion they are recruiting for a Sales Administrator. This is a full time permanent job. The hours of work is Monday-Thursday 9-5 and Friday 9-3. Salary is up to 25k.
Your new role
As Sales Administrator duties include:

Processing quotations, orders, and payments / Data inputting/ Dairy management

Reception duties/showroom sales

Taking calls and dealing with queries professionally

Actively participate in showroom hospitality to ensure customer satisfaction.

Provide accurate information (e.g., product features, pricing, and after-sales services).

Training on products and services will be provided.

Answer customers' questions about specific products/services

Any other tasks as required.
