Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.

Responsibilities:

-Assist with Order Processing and Tracking

-Processing Sales Invoices

- Manage Goods in and Stock Control

-Monitor Inventory Levels of Vehicle Parts and Accessories

-Warranty Management

- Support the Sales Team in achieving their targets by providing necessary Administrative Assistance

-Liasing between Parts, Sales and Finance Departments

-Computer Skills and aptitude for Learning Systems essential

-Knowledge of Automotive/ Commercial Parts a bonus but not essential

-Accounting Experience is a bonus

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar administrative role

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
