Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including order processing, invoicing, and sales tracking.
- Liaise with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and product inquiries, ensuring exceptional service.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth order fulfilment and resolve any issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate sales records and generate reports as required.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and marketing materials.
- Support sales representatives with administrative tasks to optimize their productivity.
- Proven experience in a sales administration role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Rate: £10.42 - £12.82 per hour
Working Hours: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
