ROLE: Sales Administrator
SALARY: Up to £26,500
LOCATION: Smethwick (office based)
THE COMPANY: We are currently working with a successful business, based in Smethwick, who are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading manufacturing business, who have been established for nearly 30 years.

THE CANDIDATE: The right candidate will have experience in a similar role and will ideally have a background within manufacturing, although this isn’t essential.
The successful individual will be confident in liaising with clients, processing orders and raising invoices.
Experience with SAGE and Microsoft Dynamics would be beneficial, however full system training will be given.
DAILY DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Handling incoming calls and distributing these to the relevant member of the team.
- Scanning and filing documentation.
- Preparing the 'goods not received’ report and ensuring goods are cleared for payment.
- Processing orders, as required.
- Handling and resolving debit note queries.
- Raising commercial invoices.
- General administrative duties.
