• Location: Warwick
• Salary: £28,000 per annum.
• Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.

The Sales Administrator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of orders through meticulous administration. This position is responsible for managing various administrative tasks to facilitate accurate and timely sales processes.

• Handling incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate team member.
• Managing sales processes and adhering to established procedures.
• Generating and processing invoices.
• Ensuring accurate data entry.
• Performing general administrative duties.
• Providing reception cover when necessary.
• Assisting the Marketing team with administrative tasks on occasion.
• Conducting monthly reporting to headquarters in the absence of the Vice President.

Requirement ofSales Administrator

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in an office administrator role.
• Proficiency in customer communication, order processing, and invoice generation.
• Familiarity with SAP is advantageous, although comprehensive system training will be provided.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
• Possesses excellent professional telephone etiquette.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Demonstrates multitasking abilities and prioritization skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Displays a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Capable of anticipating needs and working independently.
• A team player willing to contribute to a small team environment.
