Sales Administrator

A successful and well-established distributor of air compressors is currently looking to recruit a Sales Administrator at their Peterborough HQ.Offering a basic salary of up to £29,000 dependent on experience this is a great chance for a well organised administrator to join a well organised and friendly team. The RoleReporting to the Managing Director, as Sales Administrator you would play a key role in helping ensure the efficient operation of the sales function, providing clerical and organisational support to the Sales Team and promoting the company's services to customers. You will handle customer queries, process paperwork, maintain the customer database, produce quotations for service work, and ensure products or services are delivered on-time. Other key responsibilities will include - Oversee and action remote equipment monitoring system and lead generator- Content creation to promote services on LinkedIn and other social media platforms- Day to day filing of customer and supplier correspondence developing filing systems as necessary The CandidateThe Sales Administrator role will suit an adaptable, reliable and self-motived individual with experience providing a high standard of office support, engaging with customers and handling enquiries. Experience in a technically-oriented environment would be a big advantage.
