This is a great opportunity to join a small, supportive team environment where your individual contribution will make a difference. Although full training will be provided, the ideal candidate will have previous office experience, excellent attention to details, enjoy being challenged and happy to pitch in wherever’s needed.
Main duties will include liaising with customers and clients over the phone via email, promoting additional services, processing orders, maintaining internal systems and various spreadsheets, answering queries over the phone and face to face and general customer service support.
