Position: Sales Administrator
Location: Sandon area of Chelmsford
Duration: Permanent
Salary: From £25,000 to £30,000 subject to experience level
We are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join an existing team based in a large office in the Chelmsford area.
This role will be supporting the other branch Sales Administrator as well as assisting another administrator based outside of the branch. This person will be dealing with:
- Assisting with tendering questionnaires
- Administration of sales orders
- Creating of new quotations
- Raising invoices and reconciliation of purchase orders
- Dealing with telephone queries
- Talking directly with sub contractors.
- Communicating with clients and other branches
Requirements
- Strong office administration background
- Must be proficient in Excel
- Excellent communicator via telephone and email
- Some experience with purchase orders
- Experience in dealing with tenders and quotations
- Experience in an engineering or maintenance environment would be an advantage
- Must be willing to work full time within an office

- Basic salary based on a 40 hourweek
