The Role: Sales Administrator
As a Sales Administrator, you will be at the heart of our sales operation, providing crucial support to our sales team and ensuring the smooth running of our sales processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and processing sales orders with precision and efficiency.
- Liaising with customers to provide exceptional service and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Coordinating with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
- Assisting in the preparation of sales quotations, proposals, and contracts.
- Maintaining accurate records and databases to track sales activities and performance.
- Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and organizing meetings.

- General Administration
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. To excel in this role, you should have:
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software (e.g., Office, Autocad, Google Sketch-up) would be advantageous.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or sales support role is desirable.
