24-25k + ANNUAL BONUS
You will be working 830-430 Monday to Friday communicating with customers as well as internal staff i by way of email phone call etc
Your areas of responsibility will include:
- Manage customer orders and queries in a timely manner
- Be the point of contact for customers via phone, email & video conferencing
- Manage customer disputes through problem solving to swiftly resolve issues and minimize customer impact
- Liaise with warehouses and courier / delivery companies to ensure product delivery
- Driving key customer metrics to constantly improve performance profile
You will also have sufficient experience along with the role requirements above. You will also be competent in using Microsoft products, specifically MS Office and in using an ERP system.
