Our client are seeking a Sales Order Administrator who will be responsible for the systems and processes within the business. If you are organised, analytical and able to work well with other teams to ensure a smooth process is carried out at all times then this could be the role for you!
The Sales Order Administrator will:
Be the first point of contact for queries within the business
Deal with sales order processing
Support with reconciliations
Be responsible and resolving any problems that come into the office
Work with stock and the warehouse daily
Liaise with the sales teams daily
Make sure any delivery issues are communicated well within the company
Update each team on changes with stock and products
Deal with the forecast sheets
To be considered for this Sales Order Administrator position you will:
Be confident on all computer systems, in particular Excel
Have a high accuracy in your working approach
Be extremely organised and work well under pressure
Be a real problem solver and be able to resolve queries
Have the ability to work towards tight deadlines
Maintain previous administration skills dealing with stock and products
