Sales Administrator

What You'll Do:
You will work with your own allocated region of customers and be accountable for:
- Working directly with customers, providing timely, appropriate and accurate responses to requests.
- Providing quotes for products through the system.
- You will need to build relationships with designated suppliers to positively influence continuous improvement activities within the supplier.
- Maintaining and developing new and existing Incora customers
- Sourcing products when necessary.
- Ensuring customer approvals are adhered to.
- Working in close collaboration with other departments, including Customer Service and Business Development.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably within a sales or customer-focused environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Be comfortable and enthusiastic working to set daily and monthly targets and KPIs
- Be a driven, self-starter with a proactive desire to achieve results.
