Job description

Sales Administrator

Brierley Hill

Monday- Friday 8am- 5pm

Permanent Office Based

£25,000

Duties:

  • Processes sales orders, verifying and entering orders into the system ensuring accurate pricing and product information.
  • You will receive extensive product training to enable you to be a specialist to explain features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers.
  • The sales landscape is dynamic, so you will need to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and their own company's offerings
  • Contribute to and achieve sales targets
  • Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by telephone and email
  • Build relationships with customers

Experience

  • Self-driven results orientated with a focus on margin growth and profitability
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
  • Excellent telephone communicator
  • Basic IT Skills around Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel and Outlook
