The Opportunity
This is a fantastic position for an experienced Sales Administrator, to be a valued part of a well-established team in a beautiful office in Leeds. As a leader in their field, stooped in heritage and quality this would be a fantastic time to be part of the next phase of growth and development. This role can also progress into a sales focused role if that’s a path you wish to take.
The Role
Working alongside like-minded individuals, in a well-established team and reporting to the Global Sales Director, you couldn’t be better placed to learn and absorb the company values, ethos and experience. This is a customer focused role and every interaction you have will be focused on quality and excellence, essentially providing support to the wider sales team. The role responsibilities will include:
- Processing all new orders within the same day of receipt with speed and accuracy
- Managing customer/product /costing details within Microsoft D365
- Ensure all invoices are created/posted in an accurate and timely manner
- Creating/updating sales reports in Excel
- Liaising with internal departments/external courier networks to ensure prompt collection and delivery of customers’ orders
- Creating and delivering customer quotations
- Dealing with customer queries
- Communicating customer needs and sharing customer information internally
The Ideal Candidate
At this stage in your career, you will have demonstrable experience within a sales support setting, organising/prioritising and providing sales insights will be second nature to you. Having a good personality will go a long way. Further to the above we are looking for someone who:
