Sales Administrator

Full time, office based
08:30am 5:00pm Monday to Friday
An exciting opportunity has arisen at this growing company for a Sales Administrator to join their team. We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, effective communication skills, previous experience in administration and an eye for detail. You will also need to have experience using MS Excel for this role.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide excellent customer service to both external and internal customers
- Order processing receive orders via phone, email and web portals
- Liaising with other departments within the company to provide a smooth and efficient customer experience
- Provide quotations and pricing information when requested
- Raise credit notes and arrange customer returns where necessary
- Liaise with carriers regarding collections and deliveries
- Provide delivery information/proof of deliveries to customers
- Assist customers with using the company website
- Assist customers with product selection
- Resolve queries and provide support for Account Managers
- Product support: explanation of features and options available, dimensions, cash ratings, applications
- Raise invoices
- Liaise with external contractors for installations and call outs
- Handle customer complaints
- Other general ad hoc administration duties including but not limited to dealing with post, filing, maintaining customer records, answering the telephone
Person Specification:
- Previous experience in administration
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good IT skills including MS Office, especially Excel
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and professional telephone manner
