My client, a well known holiday cottage company, has an incredibly exciting new opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join their regional office team in Windermere on a temporary basis. A role which would see you delivering professional, efficient and quality sales and support service to all their property owners.
Working alongside the local Business Development Managers and other regional offices you will implement any potential new customer activity locally to deliver the regional targets.
They're home to some of the world's most trusted travel brands making them the largest managed vacation rental business in the world.
The Role
Reporting to the Office Manager, they have an exciting new opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join their team. You'll be responsible for delivering quality sales and support service to all existing and new rental property owners and agencies. You will do this in line with the company procedures and relevant quality, contractual and legislative requirements. You will contribute to the delivery of property recruitment, property management service, property retention and sales plans through the retail strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with the sales of the 'Property Management Service' function to new and existing owners
Ensure owner queries are resolved efficiently and effectively in excess of expectations
Assist in all 'Property Management Service' duties which include dealing with property owners, caretakers, tradesmen.
Provide an efficient sales service to existing and new customers. Ensure customer satisfaction is met when dealing with complaints, resolution & after sales.
Ensure that the brands are promoted and portrayed professionally within the local community.
Assist with the administration of the Property Management Service function within the office as required.
Provide support at local promotional events such as County Shows.
Owner functions & PR activities Provide support when and where required to the local RM team.
Provide support as and where required to other Regional offices & Head office.
Key skills we need
Keen attention to detail with a preference for exceeding quality expectations
IT literate with good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Working hours and place
This role is looking to start from Monday 22nd January until Thursday 7th March 2024.
This role is a full time 37.5 hrs/week position and you will be working in the local office in Windermere. You have to be available to work on Saturday's for this role as the changeover days are on the weekends. Sunday's will always be your day off along with another day in the week. Office hours are 9am to 5pm.
