Sales Administrator

Your new company
My client is a leading UK designer and manufacturer of high performance industrial, power and control circuit transformers, monitoring relays and power supplies. They are currently recruiting a Sales Administrator to join their busy, friendly team.
Your new role
Your new role as a Sales Administrator will be customer facing, via telephone and email, providing pricing quotes for products.
You will:

• Liaise with the customer in a timely manner
• Retrieve quotes based on previous data held
• Record all enquiries on a database
• Quote products ranging from £20- £20,000
• Have good product knowledge to advise the customer

What you\'ll need to succeed

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience working with Microsoft packages and Sage50
• Willingness to learn
• Some knowledge of electricals including transformers.

What you\'ll get in return

• A salary ranging from £30,000 to £40,000 dependent on technical knowledge and previous experience.
• 33 days holiday
