A local manufacturing company in Redditch is on the lookout for a dedicated Sales Administrator to join their commercial team. This position is a great opportunity to develop your commercial career in a multi-faceted engineering operation, where your efforts directly influence customer satisfaction and the seamless flow of sales processes.
As the Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Handling queries through calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency.
- Processing and managing sales orders with precision.
- Regularly adding and updating information in the company systems.
- Coordinating deliveries to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA's) are consistently met.
- Taking incoming calls and nurturing strong, productive relationships with customers.
- Providing thorough administrative support to various internal teams, contributing to the overall smooth operation of the company.
We're eager to meet candidates who possess:
- Experience in processing sales orders within a manufacturing or engineering environment
- An outstanding level of attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accuracy in every aspect of the work.
- Proficiency in Excel and Outlook, preferably with experience using ERP/ MRP systems
- Exceptional customer service skills, complemented by a strong telephone manner
- Strong written English and numeracy skills
