Hays Business Support are working with a fantastic private sector organisation based in the outskirts of Telford. They are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team on a temp to perm basis. This role is paying £24,000 - £25,000 per annum and is requiring a candidate to start immediately, or at short notice.
Your new role
- Supporting customers through phone calls and emails.
- Customer order processing and liaison, tracking orders, managing customer accounts and ad hoc admin duties
- General office duties as required
- Handling transport requirements and working with the logistics team
What you'll need to succeed
- Full UK Driving Licence (due to location)
- Exceptional administration skills
- Confident telephone manner and great customer service skills
- Experience in sales administration or transport/logistics administration skills
