Hunter James Recruitment are assisting our client - a well-established organisation with their search for a Sales Administrator to join their busy facility in Shrewsbury
Duties for the role will include:
- Sales order processing using the inhouse database system
- Liaise with customers and respond to requests in a timely manner
- Taking inbound sales calls when required and handling customer enquiries
- Liaising with the clients on delivery and processing time-scales
- Manage various types of correspondence and forward to the most appropriate individual
- Provide a great level of Customer Service at all times
- Deal with any queries when / if they arise and liaising with departments to resolve and respond to clients in the appropriate manner
The candidate will be
- The ideal candidate will have experience within an Administration or Customer Service position
- The successful candidate will have good communication
- Is computer literate in Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
In Return we are offer a salary of up to 26000- 28000 plus great company benefits
