Temporary role Part-time Admin/ Accounts Assistant Office based in Penrith

My client is a busy dealership within the motor trade. They are currently recruiting for a temporary Administrator to join their dynamic team whilst they restructure.
Part time hours (24 hours per week)
Your new role
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a key role behind the scenes, supporting the Sales Team to achieve excellent customer satisfaction by efficiently managing the preparation and processing of relevant documentation.
Duties will include:

Registering vehicle warranties and/or insurance products,

Checking deal files are correctly completed,

Processing general purchase invoices,

Other general admin tasks as and when required.

What you'll need to succeed

Excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.

Previous experience working in the motor trade/ a similar setting.

Strong IT skills

What you'll get in return

GBP12.29 per hour
