Adecco Worcester are looking to recruit a strong Administrator to join our well established client in Pershore!
You will be responsible for processing customer orders and schedules onto the system, cooperating with other departments to ensure everything is running smoothly within current schedules, orders and sales. Communication skills are fundamental to this role as is a high level of attention to detail.
Key tasks;
- Confirming manufacturing and dispatch dates internally and communicating delivery dates to customers.
- Keeping customers KPI s up-to-date and generating reports.
- Updating consignment stock lists and calculating re-order levels
- Managing system pricing using Sage 200
