Curo, a leading housing association and house builder based in Bath, is seeking a organised individual to take on the role of Sales Administrator to work within our affordable sales team. This is a 12 month FTC for maternity cover.

What you'll be doing
The successful Sales Administrator will be a critical part of our Affordable Sales Team based at our Mulberry Park office in Bath.
We are looking for a positive and dynamic person to join our high performing team.
The role will involve supporting the Sales Team within Curo Homes in an administrative capacity- an ideal role for someone with an interest in housing who enjoys lots of contact with customers and is committed to delivering a high-quality service.
You will provide an excellent and comprehensive clerical, administrative, support service to a busy team
Some experience of property sales would be an advantage.
Travel between office locations and sites will be required.

The ideal Sales Administrator will be highly organised with excellent communication skills; core skills and background required, are:
Exceptional customer service skills, both written and verbal
Have excellent communication skills, and have the ability to convey complex information to a variety of customers.
Be a team player able to provide administrative support to the sales team.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Have excellent IT skills with comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
Have a Full UK driving license & use of a vehicle
