Fixed term contract - 12 months

Curo, a leading housing association and house builder based in Bath, is seeking a organised individual to take on the role of Sales Administrator to work within our affordable sales team. This is a 12 month FTC for maternity cover.

What you'll be doing

The successful Sales Administrator will be a critical part of our Affordable Sales Team based at our Mulberry Park office in Bath.

  • We are looking for a positive and dynamic person to join our high performing team.

  • The role will involve supporting the Sales Team within Curo Homes in an administrative capacity- an ideal role for someone with an interest in housing who enjoys lots of contact with customers and is committed to delivering a high-quality service.

  • You will provide an excellent and comprehensive clerical, administrative, support service to a busy team

  • Some experience of property sales would be an advantage.

  • Travel between office locations and sites will be required.

The ideal Sales Administrator will be highly organised with excellent communication skills; core skills and background required, are:

  • Exceptional customer service skills, both written and verbal

  • Have excellent communication skills, and have the ability to convey complex information to a variety of customers.

  • Be a team player able to provide administrative support to the sales team.

  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Have excellent IT skills with comprehensive knowledge of MS Office

  • Have a Full UK driving license & use of a vehicle
