Are you a proactive and professional administrator looking for a full-time, permanent opportunity to join a brilliant team and demonstrate your skills? Our fantastic client is looking for a Sales Administrator to support the senior leadership team as they develop the sales arm of the business.
Sales Administrator Responsibilities
As the Sales Administrator some of your duties will include:
Supporting sales processes through timely data entry, document and report preparation, distribution and filing
Coordinating bookings and travel for events and staff members
Scheduling meetings and minuting during company meetings
Management of visitor booking system, greeting visitors
Managing an office's general correspondence, including phone calls, and emails
Scheduling appointments for senior management
Performing inventory and ordering new office supplies, operating and maintaining where necessary
Other activities as required

Sales Administrator Experience
To be successful in this role, you could have worked in a variety of backgrounds honing strong administrative and organisational skills. The ability to communicate on all levels and efficiently is key to the success of this role. Therefore, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. If you are a graduate who has gained exposure to sales or general administration and enjoys supporting a wider team, this may be the role for you!
Location
Based in Milton Park, Abingdon, OX14. Please note that this is a predominately an office-based role with the option to work 1 day from home. There is free parking available on site and access to public transport links.
