Job description

Sales Administrator for construction sector organisation

Hays Business Support is currently working with a manufacturing business located North of York. This company supplies specialist products to the construction industry.
Due to growth within the business, this organisation needs a proactive candidate to join them to assist with research tasks for the team of 8 Sales staff. Within your role, you will take responsibility for looking up construction projects and sourcing information about the sites, subcontractors and various other information that can be passed to the sales team to follow up. You will also help to book in CPD sessions for the team to present information that will help to generate sales of their specialist products.
In order to succeed, a knowledge of the construction sector would be beneficial, but is not essential. You will have strong communication skills and be happy presenting information to people. You will be able to use CRM systems and be a team player with good data research and analysis skills.
You will be paid a competitive salary of £25,000 with the opportunity to earn bonuses up to £10,000 per annum based on the leads that you generate.
