The Sales Administrator is responsible for typing details and all administrative work within branch such as: booking valuations and viewings, maintaining customer records and where appropriate achieving sales targets.
Experience in sales and customer service is very important in this role. The successful individual must provide unrivalled levels of customer service whilst building relationships at all levels and achieving results. The administrator will actively demonstrate the ability to expand and develop the current role and add value to the office and the company.
Principal Responsibilities
1. Property Management and Marketing:
· Organise property viewings efficiently using the IT system.
· Ensure all marketing materials are up-to-date and reflect the properties accurately.
· Type up all property details, including photographs and floor plans.
· Prepare files and ensure all marketing information is accurate.
· Update displays of properties to attract potential buyers.
2. Customer Interaction and Relationship Building:
· Liaise with customers daily to address enquiries and exceed their expectations.
· Proactively follow up with customers after viewings to gather feedback and address any concerns.
· Book viewings and encourage second viewings or offers when appropriate.
· Generate new business by booking valuations and fostering client relationships.
3. Administrative Systems and Procedures:
· Complete and update customer records in the IT system.
· Manage and maintain administrative systems and procedures on a daily basis.
· Ensure the office is organised with necessary stationery and marketing materials.
· Monitor and analyse administrative workflows to identify areas for improvement.
4. Customer Service Excellence:
· Anticipate and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
· Liaise with clients and solicitors to deliver excellent customer service.

· Collaborate with third-party operators to exceed customer expectations.
5. Cost Management and Budget Adherence:
· Order Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and monitor returns.
· Send out correspondence to vendors promptly.
· Administer all responsibilities in a cost-effective manner and adhere to approved budgets and company policies
Experience / Qualities Required
· Accurate administrator with typing skills
· Ideally audio typist and must have skills with all IT packages
· Strong Communicator both verbal and written/Numerate/Well organised
· Results Orientated/Self Motivated/Team Player.
· Persuasive with high energy level but reliable and committed
