Job Title: Sales Support Administrator
Location: Knaresborough
Hours: Full-Time
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000
We are recruiting on behalf of a product manufacture who are in the process of establishing their UK branch. Due to this expansion, they are looking for an experienced Sales Support Administrator to support a Sales Account Manager and ensure a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Processing sales orders, allocate stock and create client invoices via Sage
• Manage online order platforms
• Maintain all sales-related contracts
• Create various reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Manage stock levels and product performance
• Tracking product shipments from China and liaising with the international team
• Support new item launches & customer reviews, presentations and special projects
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• IT skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Sage
