Due to the continued and exciting growth of one of our clients we are currently recruiting for a Marketing and Sales Executive for their growing team. Based in Tadcaster, with hybrid options.
Salary is between £25-30k plus bonus opportunities. Working Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm with 3 days at home and 2 days in the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting new business opportunities through direct marketing predominantly using the existing database of HR decisions makers.
- Conducting research to identify the key HR stakeholders within large organisations to support ongoing sales and marketing activities.
- Build a strong network of HR decision makers on LinkedIn and promote awareness of services by contributing to relevant LinkedIn Groups.
- Track market activity such as mergers, acquisitions, and profit warnings which may result in the need for services and follow up accordingly.
- Explore new routes to target HR decision makers e.g., new lead generation software, automated sales messaging or arranging events.
- Creating and sending direct email campaigns via Connect, interpreting and analysing results to be shared with the Commercial Team
- Support the Marketing Manager with internal content production and scheduling across social media and other channels.
Essential Skills and Attributes
- Experience of providing support to a B2B sales and marketing team would be ideal but not essential.
- Knowledge of social media channels, particularly LinkedIn.
- Strong IT literacy and highly competent using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent planning and organisation skills.
- Strong administration experience within a professional environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
