Location: Harrogate, North Yorkshire

Salary: £25,000

Benefits: Private health insurance, company pension and 22 days + stats annual leave

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am 5pm

Contract: 3-month contract with potential for permanent placement

Are you passionate about delivering top-notch customer service and providing essential Sales Support? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client s dynamic team as a Sales Support Administrator. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our client s operations department to ensure customers receive exceptional service while also assisting the Business Development Manager with sales administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Follow up on quotations and input them into the system promptly.
• Ensure timely handling of all sample requests for trade enquiries.
• Liaise with customers to promptly resolve enquiries.
• Pack and dispatch samples following company SLAs.
• Assist the sales department with various administrative tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with the operations team to meet client needs and manage expectations on lead times.

Requirements:

• Previous administration experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively within sales teams.
• Track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong numeracy skills.
• Clear and concise communication abilities.
• Self-starter, team player, and confident.
