We are looking for a Key Accounts Operational Support/Sales Administrator to join our client’s dynamic team.

This role is crucial in providing support to the Key Accounts Managers and Key Accounts Operations Manager. The successful candidate will be results-focused and thrive in a relaxed yet highly capable work environment.

Day to day of the role:

• Prepare accurate and competitive pricing quotations for key accounts.
• Conduct market research to identify business growth opportunities.
• Initiate contact with potential new customers through email campaigns and nurture leads to generate interest.
• Manage and maintain a pipeline of new customer leads, ensuring prompt follow-ups and effective communication.
• Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Key Accounts team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of industrial tools and equipment is advantageous.
• Results-oriented with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
