SalaryExciting Opportunity: Sales Administrator (Part-Time) 5 Days/Week

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to process orders, ensuring alignment with sales order requirements and invoicing vehicles for handover.
- Manage delivery administration, including registration, invoicing, and adherence to brand requirements.
- Work closely with the sales team and accounts to incorporate all costs into vehicle records.
- Maintain digital stock records for vehicles within dealer management and manufacturer systems.
- Ensure timely funding of vehicles and liaise with the workshop to prepare them for handover.

- Computer skills, particularly in Word and Excel.
- Previous experience in sales administration or the motor trade preferred.
- Extremely organised, detail-oriented, and customer satisfaction-driven.
