Sales Administrator

Administrator Location: BasingstokeSalary: £28,000 Plus fantastic benefits Hours of work: Monday to Friday (8.30AM - 5PM)Dynamite Recruitment is working in partnership with a specialist organisation who because of success are growing the business. They pride themselves in delivering outstanding experiences for customers, colleagues, and manufacturer partners. We are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join the team. As a Sales Administrator you will be responsible for: Supporting other departments with all round administration. Filing and handling of legal documents and contracts. Ensuring that all documents have met regulations and compliance. Updating the customer database and financial reporting. Responding to emails. Working closely with the Sales Manager to keep stock list records up to date and processing stock orders. Executing banking duties when necessary.The ideal Sales administrator will have: Drive and determination Will want to learn. Will be able to multitask, be adaptable to change. Will have good analytical, problem solving and planning skills. Will have a proven history of success within a sales administration role.
