Sales Administrator

Pure are working exclusively with a growing organisation who looking for a experienced Sales Administrator to join a well-established company based in Rayleigh.
Main Duties:

• Processing sales orders
• Check stock availability
• Send orders to dispatch for picking
• Sending direct factory orders to dispatch for forwarding to overseas
• Raising invoices in line with customs requirements
• Raise credit notes
• Review back orders, adjusting expected delivery dates

Key Requirements

• 1-2 Years Sales Administration experience
• Customer focused and great at building relationships
• Knowledge of SAP be would be an advantage
• Good problem solving
• Excellent administration and communications skillls

Hybrid role, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
