The Role of Sales Administrator:
- Undertake sales administration tasks relating to new clients onboarding. Follow internal sales processes and procedures to ensure the updating of the database
- Undertake market research and initiate outgoing sales calls to establish a database of contacts and companies.
- Handle initial sales enquiries across all services and provide assistance in the sales cycle from start to closing.
- Help to maintain a sales pipeline in line with sales targets.
- Assist with the identifying of opportunities and cross sell other services to existing clients.
- Maintain effective communication with other internal departments.
- Keep up to date on regulations applicable to the business
- Help to produce reports as required.
- A-level qualified & GCSE including Maths & English)
- Confident and outgoing with a positive enthusiastic approach
- Strong administrative skills
- Attention to detail
- Able to prioritise workloads / multi-task to meet deadlines
- Good Microsoft office skills (word, excel)
- Good telephone manner
- Able to communicate effectively
- Highly self-motivated
- Sales experience
- Full UK Driving Licence & car due to the location of the office
- Salary: £28,000
