Lloyd Recruitment Services is delighted to collaborate with a respected business in East Grinstead, who is actively seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join their dynamic team on a 6 month fixed term contract. You will be responsible for the sales administration, dealing with relevant businesses within the leisure industry. This is an office–based role requiring proactive outbound activity through telephone and email channels. What's in it for you?

Duties:
- Responsible for sending scheduled mass emails for selling renewal entries to commercial sites within the directory
- Monitor and report on completed advert sales
- Proactively follow up with existing clients
- Process advert amendments
- Identify and contact new prospects and forward leads to the sales team
- Create new accounts and send invoices from our central CRM system
- Responding to email and phone enquiries from advertisers
- Being responsible for the delivery of artwork to the correct specification, in a timely manner
Essential Skills & Experience Required:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Self–motivated, willing to go above and beyond in order to deliver on objectives
- Credible and confident phone manner with a proven ability to build rapport with customers
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Results driven with good time management, planning and organisational skills
- Proactive and able to think logically, quickly, objectively, and creatively
- Comfortable working under pressure and on multiple projects simultaneously
- Committed to doing a good job with enthusiasm
- A team player who is able to work within a multi–disciplined, hardworking team
- Knowledge of CRMs and Google G Suite preferable
- Knowledge of marketing desired, not essential
