Elite Audiology & MediCare Recruitment are working in partnership on a sole agency basis with this established, independent, family-owned expanding company. You will be treated as an individual, and your contribution to the team will be valued.
The role is working Monday to Friday, 08.45am-5.45 pm, and alternative Saturdays with a day off in the week.
Responsibilities include:
- Liaising with walk-in customers and offering an empathetic approach
- Liaising with customers via telephone to arrange appointments and offering a first-class level of customer service
- Scheduling appointments considering the logistics of the local area with regards to timescales, etc
- Inputting data into the CRM system
- Managing the diaries of colleagues and keeping them "on track" with their appointments
- Being the "Go To" person in the branch
- Keeping the branch organised and tidy to create a good impression on customers
What do I need?
- Previous Reception & PA experience in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service & administration experience
- A positive attitude
- An empathetic and patient manner towards customers
- A knowledge of the local area is preferable to assist with diary management
